cozy and romantic king cottage rates are based on single or double occupancy. each additional person

$50 plus tax per night (romantic king only)

2 bedroom cottage rates are based on 4 guests, each additional person (up to 6 total) is $50 plus tax per night

  • check-in time 4:00pm
  • check-out time 12:00pm
  • early departures are subject to the original reservation commitment

our guests at the cottages have come to enjoy a quiet and private retreat.

because of this, the atmosphere is not appropriate for toddlers through children age 12.

as much as we love our pets we cannot accommodate them at the cottages.

cancellation policy

deposit is refundable, less a 5% processing fee if canceled more than 7 days

prior to reservation.  cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

BottleRock weekend cancellation policy:

deposit is refundable less a 5% processing fee if canceled more than 30 days

prior to reservation. balance will be charged 30 days prior.

cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
